2. General Management Stream

- Building project management expertise and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the RBC Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have less than two years of full-time work experience.
- Demonstrate leadership and excellence through academic achievements or extracurricular activities.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence decisions.
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a team player with a growth mindset and willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
- For the Data Analytics stream, prior experience or demonstrated interest in statistical analysis, SQL, or other data methodologies/tools is preferred.
